What is systemic coaching?
As a systemic coach, I work in a solution- and resource-oriented way. We are all part of different “systems” – such as family, relationships, work, or friendships. Challenges rarely arise in isolation, but rather from the interplay of these systems.
In coaching, it’s not about changing others, but about starting with yourself: your perspectives, your patterns, and your options. When you change, often the way you experience your relationships and environment changes too.
My approach in systemic coaching:
- A holistic view: we don’t just look at the problem, but at your strengths, resources, and opportunities.
- Questions instead of advice: I don’t hand out ready-made solutions, but help you find your own answers.
- New perspectives: through targeted questions, reflection, and methods, new viewpoints and options arise.
- Sustainable change: by recognizing and transforming your patterns, you actively shape your everyday life and your future.
How I can support you:
- Gaining clarity in personal or professional decisions
- Understanding conflicts better and approaching them with a new attitude
- Creating balance between different areas of life
- Strengthening self-confidence and inner resilience
- Constructively shaping change processes (e.g. a new life phase, separation, career transition)
Sometimes just a single moment of clarity is enough to change the entire direction of your life.
